Jesus Christ.

God is "Love". But He is also "Just". Jesus was born for one purpose. So that God could reconcile those two attributes with "Mercy". The Kingdom of God has upheld Justice through the sacrifice Jesus provided. Peace is what the Angels proclaimed to the Shepards the night Jesus was born. Reconciliation is what Jesus accomplished when he died on the cross.
