Heb. 12:6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Her. 29:13. You will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart.

2Chron. 16:9. For the eyes of the LORD move to and fro throughout the earth that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His.
