Choices we make, as we are swept along. So why are we going in circles?

We can't stop making choices. Most of our choices we are oblivious to. We make them with little thought and they sweep us along a familiar path, mostly in circles. Ever feel that way,  doing the same old thing over and over again and you wonder why things aren't different?
